Shinrin-Yoku by Deborah Denome at Draves Arboretum

Learn the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, loosely translated into Forest Bathing (fully clothed!).  You will be skillfully guided in a gentle, enjoyable, full sensory experience of the forms, sounds, fragrances, textures, tastes and energy of these exquisite plants.  We will conclude the walk with a wild tea, foraged from a delicious Arboretum tree.
