ur locally-grown, freshly-made apple ciders tell a story of the ground they
came from. Bring the family to enjoy crisp and delicious apple cider and apple
goodies from McPherson Orchards in Le Roy, or Roanoke Orchard in Staf-
ford. Black Creek Cidery in Byron uses a time-honored slow, cold-aged wood
barrel process and their family’s grandfather’s recipe. This classic hard cider can
be found locally by the glass at nearby Byron Hotel & Trailhouse, and by the

bottle at The YnGodess Shop, Eastown Beverages, Angotti Beverage (in Batavia)
and Harrington’s Farm Market & Café (also in Batavia).
