Journey to the The Abbey of the Genesee to find out how and why the Cistercian Monks produce “Monks Bread.” Purchase a variety of loaves from the onsite outlet and enjoy the wholesome goodness at home!

Arrive in Le Roy, NY to discover how “America’s Most Famous Dessert” was invented at the JELL-O Museum. Enjoy a docent led tour of the museum, browse the unique gift shop and also enjoy a bonus“100 years of transportation” exhibit in the lower level. Operated by the LeRoy Historical Society, they also provide tours of the adjacent Historic LeRoy House where you can explore three stories of furnished period rooms!

Northwoods Alpacas Field to Fashion Farm Boutique features handmade scarves, sweaters, throws and more!  Meet the animals, then shop the boutique that features wares made of the animals fiber. 

Around the corner from the JELL-O Museum you’ll enjoy a lovely made-from- scratch lunch at the charming D & R Depot Restaurant. This original B&O train station is known for their homemade food and attentive group service. Don’t forget to look up; they decorate their ceiling for the seasons!

Make a stop at Oliver’s Candies where they have been making artesian chocolates since 1932. This sweet- smelling fine quality candy shop is filled with all kinds of tasty treats and they even have their own ice cream parlor! Stop to shop anytime, year-round!

Don’t miss a stop to a local favorite, Kutter’s Cheese Factory where you’ll delight in award winning cheeses made on site by Yancey’s Fancy. Shop in the cheese store or preschedule a wine and cheese tasting for your group!

Since no tour is complete without a quick stop for a cold brew the first brewery in Genesee County in 100 years, Eli Fish Brewing Company, is a must-visit. Hosting 20 taps of original and local brews, guests can tour the facility, learn about the brewing process and enjoy an original brew...or a whole flight!
