Concert announcement: Kidz Bop Kids returning to Darien Lake

DARIEN CENTER — The Kidz Bop Kids, a group of youngsters that records popular music for a younger audience, will once again stop at the Darien Lake Amphitheater this summer.

LiveNation announced Monday morning that Kidz Bop Live 2018 will make a tour stop at Darien Lake on Aug. 18.

Kidz Bop has released 36 albums since 2001 and will release its latest offering on Friday. Kidz Bop 36, released in October, features hit songs like “Believer” (originally recorded by Imagine Dragons) and “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” (originally recorded by Shawn Mendes). Kidz Bop 37 will feature the Taylor Swift song “Look What You Made Me Do” and Pink’s “What About Us.”

Tickets range from $35 to $55 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through LiveNation.com, Ticketmaster.com or Charge By Phone at 1-800-745-3000.
