A 3-Day, 2-Night Itinerary

Day 1

Follow the JELL-O Brick Road to the world-famous JELL-O
Museum. Offering guided tours, a gift shop, lower-level
transportation exhibit as well as the adjacent Historic Le Roy
House where you can tour all three floors of this mansion-turned-museum.

Explore one of the largest collections of Barn
Quilts in New York State. Over 100 barn quilts dot the
countryside in LeRoy, NY.

Stop to shop at our 90-year-old fine
candy shop, Oliver’s Candies who’s been making quality
chocolates and candies since 1932. Browse their large gift shop
and be sure to buy their famous sponge candy, a Western New
York specialty!

Tour an 1815 original land office, The Holland
Land Office Museum. Tours can be tailored to your group’s
interests. Honorary International Peace Garden at Batavia is
adjacent, and can also be toured with an interpretive guide.

Discover Country Cottage, a hidden gem of clever cottage
shops situated amidst meticulously-crafted flower and water
gardens. Each cottage contains unique country gifts, baked
goods, rustic home décor and unusual craft items.

Day 2

Letchworth State Park, renowned as the “Grand Canyon of the
East”, is one of the most scenically magnificent areas in New
York State. Overlooking the impressive middle falls, the
historic Glen Iris Inn is one of the most unique fine dining
accommodations in the country.

Learn how cheese goes from
the farm to your table at East Hill Creamery. Try delicious
samples, visit the gift shop, tour the facility and visit the
cheese caves!

Welcome aboard one of the last operating excursion trains in
New York State, the Arcade & Attica Railroad. The historic
station is loaded with nostalgia from railroad days gone by.
Roam the gift shop and snack bar while waiting to board your
90-minute train ride through the beautiful rural countryside.

 

Day 2

Tour the Medina Railroad Museum, filled with railroad
artifacts, one of the biggest model-train layouts in the country,
and also offers seasonal train excursions.

Groups will also
enjoy guided tours of the Oak Orchard Lighthouse Museum.

Hurd Orchards specializes in fruit growing, building on the
traditions of their early farmers. Browse their farm or enjoy
Barn lunches and seasonal events. The Cobblestone Museum is
a National Historic Landmarklocated on historic Ridge Road.
Guided tours of seven buildings housing artifacts from the
Cobblestone Era (1825-1860).


Depart for home or explore nearby Buffalo, Niagara Falls or Rochester.
