Live Music at Farmer's Creekside: The Debbie Kendrick Project

Vocalist Debbie Kendrick is Rochester's Queen of the Blues, carrying on a tradition of great Rochester blues and gospel artists. Her latest collaboration is with guitarist Sean Pfeifer, bassist Mike Patric and drummer Pete Monacelli.

Pfeifer’s guitar percussive acoustic fingerstyle (inspired by Robert Johnson and Big Bill Broonzy) is rounded out by the band's dynamic rhythm section of Patric and Monacelli, all veterans of the local music scene. They provide a solid rhythmic background for Debbie's powerful vocal melodies, harkening back to the music of the legendary Son House.
