Taste of Hidden Valley

This event is an opportunity for those who are looking to try signature dishes from Hidden Valley Animal Adventure, enjoy great local beer and entertainment.  Chef Paul Szymanski will be highlighting not only Wild Game items but other signature dishes from our Lodge Dining Room, Trailside Grill and Banquet menus. Utilize food tickets to pick and choose what you want to try around The Lodge dining room. Food tickets are $2 and items range from 1-2 tickets. If you want to treat your pallet to something new but not commit to a meal, this is your event.

Southern Tier Brewery will be here to show off their local talents. Their craft beers can be purchased at the main cash bar. In addition to Southern Tier’s selections, our Lodge Bar is full service and offers a wide selection of your favorite cocktails and wine. Don’t forget to try one of our signature Flaming Irish Coffees while you are here! (as seen on StepOut Buffalo.com)

Chris Maloney will be on the acoustic guitar for the evening providing your entertainment while you visit all of our different stations. Jen Holt from A Sweet Ending Bakery will feature her homemade desserts this evening as well. Selections of her desserts are offered through our Trailside Grill and Lodge Dining Room.
