Eden Café & Bakeshop's Grand Opening

Happy Earth Day! Eden's Café & Bakeshop is the county's very first 100% vegan restaurant and will be located inside Eli Fish Brewing Company. Eden's will be featuring a variety of pub favorites with a vegan twist.

The star of their menu just might be their Carrot Dogs, smoky grilled carrots, topped with onions and spicy brown mustard. You can get creative with this menu item and add your own favorite toppings. You can even choose to have your "not-dog" wrapped up in fresh pretzel dough and baked until golden and delicious! Other favorites include Buffalo Style Cauliflower Wings, Loaded Nachos, and Poutine! They will also have home-made drinks including kombucha, fresh juices, smoothies and lemonade. The menu wouldn't be complete without some mouth-watering vegan desserts- cashew cheesecakes, cookies, and brownies.

What a wonderful feeling it will be to walk into a restaurant have have a full menu to choose from! Vegans rejoice at Eden's opening!
