Master Gardeners: Dividing Perennials

Three good reasons for dividing perennials are to control to size of the plants, to maintain plant health and to increase their number. Since many perennials respond well to being divided in early spring, we'll demonstrate the steps for dividing a variety of perennials using plants right out of the garden. Depending on the weather we'll also look at perennials in the CCE garden that need dividing.
