Wine & Dine

Alex's Place | Batavia
Boasting a charming atmosphere and the best BBQ ribs in New York State, Alex’s Place is one of the area's most popular restaurants. Elegant meets barbecue with starters like Clams Casino and Bacon Wrapped Scallops. The theme continues with dinner entrees like Ribeye, Twin lobster tails, or Salmon Teriyaki.

Alabama Hotel | Basom
Voted one of the best spots in Western NY for fish fry, this former 1800's hotel offers friendly service and delicious food! Start with fresh oysters, then enjoy one of their many delicious entrees; the prime-rib is a guest favorite.

D & R Depot Restaurant | Le Roy
Dine in this adorable and cozy former B & O train depot for a date night out. Start off with Stuffed Mushrooms, Artichokes French, Clams Casino, or Bruschetta before digging into the main course - you can’t go wrong with the Grilled Norwegian Salmon or Twin Filet Mignon.

Indian Falls Log Cabin Restaurant | Corfu
On a cold winter's night, where else would you rather be than inside a log cabin next to a stone fireplace? To add to the romance, the restaurant overlooks the rushing waters of Indian Falls. Enjoy steaks and seafood, or try a taste of our region with their Maple Cheddar Burger which features Yancee’s Fancy Maple Cheddar cheese!

The Original Red Osier Landmark Restaurant | Stafford
An iconic restaurant in these parts for decades and it’s no surprise: Red Osier is destination dining at its finest! Add some 'surf' to their famous 'turf' - Prime Rib carved tableside. Try to save room for dessert; a night out at Red Osier isn’t complete without a Bananas Foster Flambé for two.

Stay & Dine

Farmer’s Creekside Tavern & Inn | Le Roy
Nothing says romance like a table overlooking the scenic Oatka Creek from the warmth of a historic building in downtown Le Roy. Delight yourselves in beautifully created cuisine, carefully chosen wines, and hand-crafted tavern cocktails. Farmer’s Tavern Fare and Dinner menus are unlike anything else you’ll find in Genesee County, and are as aesthetically pleasing as they are delicious. This year they've planned an upscale prix fixe menu for their Valentine's guests, so be sure to make a reservation! Want to extend your romantic night out? Book an overnight in one of their five beautiful suites for the perfect end to a perfect evening.

Fortune’s Restaurant at Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel | Batavia
The Batavia Downs is more than just an action-packed gaming floor! Just beyond the buzz of the slots is a cozy and quiet restaurant to retreat to and enjoy the evening. The wine list features an abundance of local and international options, then move to your choice of appetizers to share. For your entrée, try an upscale pasta, steak, or seafood dish. To complete your meal, head to the Gatsby Bar for a cocktail before turning in to one of the luxury guestrooms.

River Spring Lodge | Darien Center
Deeply influenced by French cuisine as a student at the Culinary Institute of America, owner and chef, Dave Hamer, has created a remarkable and romantic destination tucked away from the hustle and bustle. From arrival to departure, your experience will feel nothing short of magical. Choose from one of their eight unique guestrooms and enjoy a private five-course in-room wine dinner that will blow you away. After a restful evening, you’ll wake to an equally delicious three-course breakfast.
