Operated by Al & Amy Stein, Sweet Dream Maple Farm produces pure NYS Maple Syrup from hundreds of trees owned by friends and neighbors and tapped the old-fashioned way- with buckets. The blend of age-old tradition and modern technology enables Sweet Dream Maple Farm to bottle some of the most delicious maple syrup around. Randall’s Maple Products | Smithley Road, Alexander
Set in a picturesque farm setting adorned with a pond, Eric & Eleanor Randall make delicious maple syrup for all to enjoy. Offering tours of their sugarhouse, maple syrup making demonstrations and the chance to climb aboard an authentic, antique caboose, Randall’s Maple Products is a great place to stop out with the kids to enjoy a day of maple-themed fun! Remember to grab a bottle (or two) of maple syrup before you go!   

Junior’s Maple | Alexander Road (Rt. 98), Batavia
Terry (Jr.) & Britt Witkop are the sugar masters behind Junior’s Maple. From the tree sap to the shiny modern technology to the tasty final product, you’ll learn all about the syrup making process. Be sure to call ahead to explore this local maple farm.

Maple scones all month long!

Maple Weekend 2019 | March 23rd - 24th & 30th – 31st, 2019
During Maple Weekend maple farms across New York State invite visitors to their sugarhouses to experience firsthand how pure, mouth-watering maple syrup and other related products are made. Visitors also have the opportunity to enjoy fun, family-friendly activities, taste New York’s freshest syrup and purchase maple products. Find participating maple farms here. 

Genesee Country Village & Museum’s Maple Sugar Festival | March 23rd - 24th & 30th – 31st, 2019
Head out on the Maple History Trail to learn how various tapping methods evolved, and get hands-on with the tools of the trade. Visit the recently completed sugarhouse to see how sap is made into syrup. Try a samples and enjoy a hearty pancake breakfast to cap off the day! Purchase tickets here.

Hidden Valley Animal Adventure Maple Weekend Breakfast | March 23rd - 24th & 30th – 31st, 2019
An all you can eat maple breakfast will be held during 2019 Maple Weekends. Featuring Western New York’s own Boxler Maple Syrup, including all the dressings for the perfect maple-themed breakfast. Genesee Country Village & Museum Maple Sugar Soiree | March 29th, 2019
It’s a grand party celebrating the maple sugar harvest and you’re invited! Toast a successful maple sugaring season with music, food and drinks, games and more.
