Have you heard about the Impossible Burger? It is made from all plant-based ingredients, but is promised to look, smell and taste just like meat from a cow.
Well, if that makes your mouth water, you can get your hands on own this summer at the Darien Lake Amphitheater inside the theme park.
LiveNation, the company that runs all concerts at Darien Lake, announced Monday that the theme park is one of 37 operated by LiveNation that is now offering the Impossible Burger.
According to a press release, “The Impossible Burger, which launched on July 26, 2016 at Chef David Chang’s restaurant, Momofuku Nishi, in New York City, is produced without hormones, antibiotics, cholesterol or artificial flavors and uses about 75 percent less water, generates about 87 percent fewer greenhouse gases, and requires around 95 percent less land than conventional ground beef from cows.
