BATAVIA — With friends and community members gathered in the Eden Cafe & Bakeshop, the business celebrated its grand opening today at 242 Ellicott St.
“It felt (at times) like we would never find a place of our own; we’re so excited to share our new space with the public,” said Judy Hysek, owner. “We’ve sold thousands of carrot dogs so far. If you haven’t tried one yet, stop over this week and grab a free sample.”
