Curbside Markets coming to Batavia, Le Roy on Monday, Orleans county on Wednesday

ROCHESTER — Curbside Markets operated by FoodLink will begin their summer drives to sites in Orleans and Genesee counties starting today.

The service, which operates year-round in Rochester, brings a delivery truck-sized market to areas where access to fresh fruits and vegetables are less accessible.

The Foodlink mobile market program will stop on Mondays in Batavia — 400 Towers, 400 E. Main St., from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.; and biweekly at three additional sites in Genesee County.

â–  Big Tree Glen, 3727 W. Main St., Batavia, from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. July 10 and 24, Aug. 7 and 21, Sept. 18.

â–  Washington Towers, 1 State St., Batavia, from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. July 17 and 31, Aug. 14 and 28, and Sept. 11 and 25.

â–  Le Roy Meadows, 18 Genesee St., Le Roy, from 12:15 to 1 p.m. July 10 and 24, Aug. 7 and 21, Sept. 18.

The Curbside market will make stops at three Orleans County sites on July 12 and 26, Aug. 9 and 23, and Sept. 6 and 20.

â–  Maple Ridge Estates, 200 Ricky Place, Medina, from 10:15 to 11 a.m.

â–  The Main Street Store, 131 S. Main St., Albion from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

â–  Holley’s Public Square, 51 Public Square, from 12:45 to 1:30 p.m.

According to FoodLink, Curbside Markets will accept cash, debit, SNAP and WIC, and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program checks as payment. Those using SNAP will also be able to use the Double Up Food Bucks program to receive additional credits for free fruits and vegetables.
