DARIEN CENTER — We don’t know the date yet, or even the participating bands, but Darien Lake will be one of 19 concert venues to offer the Ticket to Rock package this summer. One ticket gets you into see some of the biggest rock tours happening this summer.
LiveNation announced Friday that Darien Lake would get three shows associated with Ticket to Rock. Some venues will receive four- and five-show packages.
Bands included in the deal are: Alice in Chains, Breaking Benjamin, Behemoth, Chevelle, Gojira, Korn, Slipknot, Underoath and Volbeat. Shinedown and Slayer will perform in select cities. The three Darien Lake concerts will be announced soon, according to LiveNation.
The Ticket to Ride, which will grant admission to all three Darien Lake shows, will start at $59, is on sale now at LiveNation.com.
